Who can Host?

Parties can be hosted by a GVRC member in good standing, as defined by or current By-Laws.

Party Length

Parties may last no longer than 2 hours 45 minutes; including setup and clean upe current by-laws.

Available Party Times

Monday through Saturday

Sunday

1:00-3:45
4-6:45.
You may choose either the "Woods Area" near the playground or "Awning Area" near the main entrance.

Large & Group Parties
Sports Teams, clubs, troops and any party over 35 people require approval from the Board of Trustees

We need 24 hour notification of cancellation for a refund.
If the cancellation is due to the weather: we will refund or reschedule if the weather causes the pool to close; if the pool is open there are no refunds or rescheduling if 24 hr notice is not given.
